I've learned....

I read these in an email that I got and I have to agree with everyone of these statments

That the best classroom in the world is at the feet of anelderly person.
That when you're in love, it shows.
That just one person saying to me, 'You've made my day!'makes my day.
That having a child fall asleep in your arms is one of themost peaceful feelings in the world.
That being kind is more important than being right...
I'That you should never say no to a gift from a child..
That I can always pray for someone when I don't have thestrength to help him in some other way.
That no matter how serious your life requires you to be,everyone needs a friend to act goofy with.
That sometimes all a person needs is a hand to hold and aheart to understand.
That simple walks with my father around the block on summernights when I was a child did wonders for me as an adult.
That life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer itgets to the end, the faster it goes.
That we should be glad God doesn't give us everything weask for.
That money doesn't buy class.
That it's those small daily happenings that make life sospectacular.I've learned ...... That under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants tobe appreciated and loved.

That everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, butall the happiness and growth occurs while you're climbing it.
That the less time I have to work with, the more things Iget done.

Ready, set, go

I know, I know...it has been just about two months since I have wrote a new blog. You can all lecture me later!

So race season has offically started! His number this year is 33! We will be going to every single race until September! I don't mind going, I actually enjoy it! I don't always watch all the races, just the ones that Brad, Nate, and Slim are in! I like to people watch and I tell you what, there are people to watch! People get so into this it is ridiculous.

Brad did his first race last Friday and did as expected. He had a blast! I am pretty sure that he took last in his heat, and I am not completly sure how he did in the feature all I remeber is that he beat Nate and he was excited about that! His steering colomn came off in the feature, but he managed to make to the in field and not the wall. Thank god!

Here are some picture of his car. He didn't spend a lot time taking out the dents because it is his first full year of racing and he figured he would just add more dents. Next year he will replace all the pannels!
